- Yes. Free, well-lit parking directly in front of the building, 1 space per room. Trailers and vans are possible after prior arrangement.
- Can I park before check-in?+
- Yes, that's no problem — handy for early trackday starts.
- Is there a lockable parking spot or storage room?+
- On request. Please contact us before arrival.
- From what time is check-in possible?+
- From 15:00.
- Until when is check-out?+
- By 11:00.
- Is there self check-in?+
- Yes. Check-in from 15:00, then any time via self check-in. Access details are sent to guests before arrival.

- Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.

- Yes, bed linen and towels are included.

- Depending on the unit. The Apartment with kitchen and 2 bedrooms has its own kitchen, the Ringdays Suite has a kitchenette; the other rooms do not.

- No breakfast is offered in the house. However, a bakery and a supermarket are nearby, and a restaurant is walkable.
- Is there a garden or BBQ?+
- Yes. Garden and BBQ area are available to guests. Please observe the house rules.
- Is there an elevator?+
- No, all floors are reached via stairs.
- Is smoking allowed?+
- The house is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the terraces.
